Job description

Conifer Park Inpatient Clinic in Glenville, NY is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner. You will perform comprehensive medical history and exams, order tests, and manage medications for substance use disorders with MAT, including induction, monitoring and tapering as clinically appropriate.

Independently conduct evaluations, provide emergency coverage as needed, and participate in team meetings and care coordination under the Medical Director. NY NP licensure and board certification required.
