Job description
North Shore Community Health is seeking a Per Diem Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver continuous, comprehensive care across ages and genders within the Primary Care Team. Work includes direct patient exams, telemedicine, and coordination at sites in Gloucester, Salem, and Peabody.
