Job description
Optum is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant per diem in Geneva, NY to provide care for patients in home and community settings. You will be responsible for delivering quality medical services, managing chronic conditions, and facilitating care coordination with a focus on optimal patient outcomes.
The position requires certification as a Nurse Practitioner, an active license, and availability to work 24 hours per month including off-hours. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $44.09 to $78.70.
