Job description
North Shore Community Health, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to provide comprehensive care across ages and genders within the Primary Care Team at multiple locations (Gloucester, Salem, Peabody).
Under the supervision of the Medical Director and in collaboration with physicians, the APP will perform exams, diagnose, treat, conduct telemedicine visits, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality with a compassionate, culturally competent approach.
