Job description
Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Occupational Therapy (OT) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility. We value a dedicated team of therapists who help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.
Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing rehab plans, managing pain, and supervising therapy assistants while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with laws and regulations. NY license required; per diem availability preferred.
