Job description
Omega Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team on a per diem basis.
You will assess patients in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy aligned with physician orders to promote regain independence and quality of life. Applicants must hold a CA OT license, have at least 1 year in home health or similar settings, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and organizational skills.
