nWhat You’ll Do
nConduct OT assessments for ADLs, IADLs, and safety
nDevelop individualized care plans with measurable goals
nProvide training in adaptive strategies, energy conservation, and home modifications
nEducate patients/caregivers on safety and independence techniques
nDocument per NJ DOH, Medicare, and BrightStar standards
nCollaborate with the care team to maximize patient outcomes
nWhat We Need
nNJ Occupational Therapy license in good standing
n1+ year OT experience (home health preferred)
nCPR/BLS certification
nReliable transportation in Camden/Cherry Hill
nStrong clinical reasoning and patient education skills
