nSchedule & Pay:
nnn$51.81 hourly

nnPer Diem | 0-16 hours every two weeks
n
nnSaturday and Sunday every 4th weekend, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

nnAdditional hours may be available.

n nQualifications:
nnnGraduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy and successful completion of clinical training.
n
nnCertified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy obtained within 6 months.
n
nnRegistered through the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Occupational Therapist or Temporary Occupational Therapist permit required with Occupational Therapist license obtained within 90 Days.
n
nnBasic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
