Job description
Caregiver PositionThe Caregiver is responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, implementing care plans, promoting comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate documentation.Primary Responsibilities:Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.)Support activities of daily living (feeding, mobility, positioning, etc.)Promote client safety and comfort by following care plans and proper proceduresMaintain confidentiality and uphold agency standards and policiesDocument care provided and client responses in a timely mannerProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and familiesWork collaboratively with families, supervisors, and care team membersPerform all other duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED (preferred)At least 2 years of related client care experience (preferred)CNA/HHA/Direct Care Worker certification (preferred)Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust pass background and reference checksShift & Location:Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)Every Saturday or Every SundayService areas: Montgomery County (King of Prussia | Hatfield | Ambler)Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. as neededAbout the Company:Faithful Home Care Solutions is a licensed, Medicaid-certified, non-medical home care agency based in Glenside, Pennsylvania.
