Job description
ChristianaCare is seeking Registered Nurses for the Operating Room/Per Diem Team across multiple facilities including Christiana Hospital, Christiana Surgery Center, and Wilmington Hospitals for operational flexibility. A BSN or commitment to obtain within three years, current RN licensure, and 3+ years in the OR are required, with CNOR a plus.
Per diem shifts include 8-, 10-, and 12-hour options with 84-hour monthly blocks and a commitment to attend orientation.
