Job description
BAART Program is seeking a knowledgeable per diem pharmacist to provide pharmacy services to patients, nurses, physicians and medical staff by interpreting and evaluating orders and prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
The role includes maintaining patient profiles, ensuring safe drug handling, participating in audits, and training facility staff. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, be licensed in the state, and have CPR/First Aid certification.
