Job description
Montage Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Palliative Medicine Service on a Per Diem basis. The NP will provide routine care and manage patients in collaboration with the supervising physician, following standardized procedures.
The role emphasizes compassionate care, pain and symptom management, and education for patients and families about services offered by Palliative Care. Per Diem coverage includes day shifts, with varying hours across the week.
