Job description
A healthcare facility in Charleston, WV is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join on a per diem basis. This role offers a structured 9-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, spanning a two-week period. This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist looking to contribute in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
Provide clear and helpful information to patients regarding their medications and proper usage
Deliver excellent customer service to support patient health and satisfaction
Qualifications and Experience: Valid West Virginia pharmacist license is required
Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care is highly advantageous
Strong communication skills and a commitment to superior service
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Total of 90 hours over the course of two weeks
