Job description
Mount Sinai Health System is looking for a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide excellent patient care by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Responsibilities include accurate medication dispensing, monitoring patient therapies, and collaboration with the health care team.
Qualified candidates will have a Pharm.D. degree, preferably with at least 1 year of experience and the ability to actively engage in enhancing medication therapies. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $75.
