Job description
Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Astoria, OR is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to join a team embedded in a community-focused health system. You will provide patient care, medication reviews, counseling, and participate in collaborative drug therapy management as allowed by protocol.
The role supports ongoing diabetes, hypertension, and chronic condition management, and requires current Oregon pharmacist licensure (PharmD preferred) with bilingual English/Spanish skills.
