Job description
Provide expert pharmaceutical care in a dynamic retail pharmacy setting with flexible per diem hours. This opportunity supports a growing need for reliable pharmacist coverage at a well-managed location with strong technician assistance.
Location:
Denham Springs, LA
Schedule: Monday, 9/14: 8 AM - 7 PM
Tuesday, 9/15: 8 AM - 7 PM
Friday, 9/18: 8 AM - 5 PM
Tuesday, 9/22: 8 AM - 7 PM
Key Responsibilities: Accurately dispense medications and provide patient counseling
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
Verify prescriptions and manage inventory
Support pharmacy operations during scheduled shifts to ensure seamless customer service
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience
Availability for part-time, per diem shifts as scheduled
Familiarity with Rx30 pharmacy software preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
