A healthcare provider is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations in Bloomington, IL. This role focuses on accurate medication distribution and delivering exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities: Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by physicians and healthcare practitioners.
Provide detailed information to customers regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and storage.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Deliver a superior level of customer service to patients and healthcare staff.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient health outcomes.
Qualifications: Active Illinois Pharmacist License required.
Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care pharmacy preferred.
Strong communication skills with a commitment to patient education.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
