Job description
Provide expert pharmaceutical care in a long-term care setting during this per diem opportunity in Houston, TX. The role requires a qualified pharmacist to manage medication therapy and ensure compliance with healthcare standards, contributing to improved patient outcomes.

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Dates: May 25 to June 1
Responsibilities: Oversee medication management and dispensing within a long-term care environment
Review prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active Texas pharmacist license
Recent experience as a practicing pharmacist
Familiarity with EnterpriseRx preferred but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
