Job description
A pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee mail order medical equipment operations in the San Luis Obispo, CA area. This per diem position spans 4 to 8 weeks, acting as the interim PIC until the permanent pharmacist obtains their California license. The role offers a flexible work environment, primarily remote, but requires proximity to the facility to respond onsite if necessary.
Location:
San Luis Obispo, CA (Remote work permitted with local availability)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, days
Minimum 11 hours/week guaranteed
Responsibilities: Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring regulatory compliance and oversight
Maintain pharmacy standards and procedures for mail order medical equipment
Be available onsite as needed to support operations or resolve issues
Qualifications: Valid California Pharmacist license
Proven experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
Ability to work remotely with readiness to be onsite locally if required
