This per diem opportunity is ideal for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge seeking a focused morning schedule. Located in Westfield, MA, the role supports a specialty home infusion pharmacy in its early stages, providing vital leadership and oversight.

Responsibilities:

Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a newly established, low-volume specialty home infusion pharmacy.

Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure all pharmacy operations meet licensing standards.

Manage and display the PIC license as required by state regulations.

Oversee pharmacy workflow during assigned hours and support daily operational needs.

Collaborate with the team to facilitate a smooth transition until a permanent PIC is appointed.

Qualifications: Current Massachusetts pharmacy license.

Proven experience as a Pharmacist in Charge.

Background in home infusion, specialty infusion, or specialty pharmacy is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing pharmacy operations.

Ability to work independently with a detail-oriented approach.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
