Job description
This per diem opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist ready to contribute in a dynamic retail pharmacy environment. The role is based in Kingsley, MI, and offers a chance to work a consistent daytime schedule while engaging with a variety of pharmaceutical responsibilities. This assignment runs from August 17 to September 5, providing a focused short-term commitment.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (during assignment period)
Responsibilities: Dispense medications accurately and efficiently within a retail setting
Manage order entry using RX 30 software; training available if needed
Provide excellent patient counseling and support
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications/Desired Experience: Active Michigan pharmacy license, in good standing
Retail pharmacy experience required
Familiarity with RX 30 software is preferred; training will be provided as necessary
Strong communication skills and patient-focused attitude
