Job description
A specialty pharmacy is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a setting that combines retail and long-term care services. This role requires a professional who is immunization certified and CPR certified, with qualifications such as a PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred.

Milaca, MN
Schedule: 8/26: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
8/27: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
8/28: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
9/1: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities: Perform a mix of retail and long-term care pharmacy duties.
Manage and dispense medications in compliance with specialty pharmacy standards.
Provide long-term care pharmacist services, ensuring appropriate medication management.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Desired Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD or equivalent professional degree.
Certification in Immunization.
Current CPR Certification.
MTM (Medication Therapy Management) certification preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Excellent communication skills for patient and provider interactions.
