Job description
Provide expert pharmacy services as a Pharmacist offering per diem coverage in the Bronx, New York, from August 3rd to August 20th. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with retail experience seeking flexible, short-term work within a dynamic team setting.
Responsibilities include:
Dispensing medications accurately and ensuring safe delivery to customers.
Counseling and advising patients on medication regimens and safe use.
Addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints following organizational protocols.
Maintaining stock, controlled drug records, and performing inventory management.
Resolving patient issues and clarifying insurance coverages.
Qualifications: Clear and active pharmacist license valid in New York State.
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a retail pharmacy environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
Detail-oriented with thorough knowledge of pharmacy operations and policies.
