Job description
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Pharmacist Specialist PD responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care across all patient age groups at LSC-Montrose.
The ideal candidate will hold a B.S. or Pharm D degree from an accredited institution and be registered as a Pharmacist in New Jersey. Responsibilities include medication dispensing and monitoring, working closely with healthcare teams, and ensuring patient safety.
A proactive approach, particularly in infusion pharmacy, is highly desirable.
