This per diem pharmacist opportunity in Jupiter, FL offers a dynamic role focused on ensuring prescription safety and accuracy. Working from 9 am to 5 pm, you will play an essential part in conducting both initial and final verifications (PV1 and PV2) on compounded and commercial prescriptions. This position is ideal for pharmacists seeking flexible, part-time hours with the potential for additional per diem dates in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough PV1 and PV2 verifications to confirm the accuracy and safety of compounded and commercial prescriptions.
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to address any discrepancies or concerns during the verification process.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal protocols.
Maintain patient safety as a top priority during all prescription fulfillment activities.
Desired Qualifications: Active pharmacist license in good standing.
Experience with prescription verification, particularly PV1 and PV2 processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during assigned shifts.
Location: Jupiter, Florida
Schedule: May 15th to 17th, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
