Job description
Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Per Diem, 8-hour Day shift. The PT will join the Physical Therapy Unit and contribute to patient care and treatment planning.
The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program, CA PT license, and BLS certification. Prior rehab experience is preferred, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
