Job description
Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Physical Therapy Unit in CA. This Per Diem role offers 8-hour Day Shifts and requires California PT licensure.
The therapist will assess, plan and implement treatment, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team, with general supervision as applicable in our patient‑centered care environment.
