Job description
One on One Physical Therapy LLC is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist in New York to provide orthopedic therapy on an as-needed basis. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, document care, and collaborate with the care team to support recovery and functional goals.
Responsibilities include initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge planning, and patient education. NY licensure, CEU compliance, and EMR experience are required or preferred.
