Job description
Sigma Health Rehab in Gloversville, NY is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join the Fulton Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing team. You will evaluate residents, develop rehab plans, relieve pain, and supervise PT assistants in a state‑of‑the‑art SNF setting.
