Job description
Sigma Health Rehab is hiring a per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Queensbury, New York. You will provide rehabilitation services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym and collaborate with a skilled team of therapists.
Responsibilities include evaluating residents, designing rehabilitation plans, reducing pain with exercises, supervising assistants, and maintaining confidentiality while meeting regulatory requirements.
