Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Staten Island, NY. You will evaluate residents, develop rehab plans, and support a dedicated healthcare team in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
