Job description
Sigma Health Rehab in Granville, NY is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to join our team at Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. You will evaluate residents, develop rehabilitation plans, and provide hands-on therapy to relieve pain and improve function.
