Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Physical Therapy (PT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Our Far Rockaway Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing location in Far Rockaway, NY is seeking a licensed PT to provide patient-centered rehab services on a per diem basis.
