Job description
Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Physical Therapy (PT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Our client facility features a state-of-the-art rehab gym in Glens Falls/ Queensbury, NY area.
Evaluate residents, develop rehabilitation plans, relieve pain with exercises and hands-on therapy, supervise PT assistants, and maintain confidentiality while upholding legal and professional standards.
