Job description
Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in New York. You will evaluate residents, develop rehab plans, and use targeted therapies to relieve pain while supporting residents in daily activities.
You will also supervise assistants and uphold strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance. We offer mentorship, frequent pay, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and opportunities for career growth.
