Job description
Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a per diem Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner to work in CHD’s Crisis Stabilization and Outpatient Clinic in Chicopee, MA. This is an on-site, part-time position.
Duties include psychiatric evaluations, outpatient care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support adults and adolescents in a comprehensive care continuum.
