Job description
One Medical in San Francisco seeks a per diem hourly clinician (NP/PA) to see patients with acute, chronic, and well visits, in-office and tele-health. You will collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, using your clinical training to perform in-office procedures and expand care access.
Requirements include an accredited NP/PA program with national certification, 2 years outpatient primary care (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care) and CA state licensure by start date.
