Employment type: Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role)
Anticipated average of 8–23 patient care hours per week
Location: One Medical Cleveland French Creek Square clinic in Avon, OH with the ability to support shifts at the Van Aken District clinic in Shaker Heights, OH
What you'll be working on:
Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
At least 2 years of primary care experience required
Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas
The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues
Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients

This is an hourly role with shifts in both Cleveland One Medical clinics, priority for French Creek Square clinic in Avon, OH.
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role is $135/hour.
