Job description

One Medical Cleveland is seeking a per diem, hourly clinician to provide high-quality primary care across clinic sites in Avon, OH and Shaker Heights, OH. You’ll see a diverse patient mix, perform in-office procedures when needed, and collaborate with on-site and virtual teams.

Minimum of 2 years' primary care experience and board certification in Family or Internal Medicine are expected, with licensure in Ohio or ability to obtain it.
