Practice & Procedures
Coverage across 3 hospitals located within approximately 5 minutes of each other .
Procedures/surgical specialties include:
General
Vascular
Orthopedic
Urology
Plastics
Dental
Interventional Radiology
Thoracic
Pediatrics
Neurology/Neuro
Cardiac
Endoscopy
Most coverage will be in the Main ORs , primarily at Memorial.
Patient Population
All ages: neonates through geriatrics
Inpatient and outpatient patients
Requirements
NBCRNA Board Certification
West Virginia license required
West Virginia CSR required
ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
Minimum 2 years of experience
Cerner experience required
