Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) with home health experience looking for a flexible per diem opportunity ? BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring! We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN to provide home visits, admissions, and assessments throughout Lee County .

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
Conduct home visits, assessments, and admissions following a patient-centered care plan
Perform medication administration, wound care, and treatments
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
Document care interventions and patient progress using a state-of-the-art electronic medical records (EMR) system
Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
✔️ Active RN License in North Carolina (NC)
✔️ Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
✔️ Home health experience required
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
✔️ Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
