Job description
Dedicated Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medicare Home Health team on a per-diem basis, with a focus on psych care and OASIS assessments. You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Ideal candidates hold a Florida RN license, Medicare Home Health experience, and a strong psych background, with hands-on OASIS assessment skills and the ability to complete
