Job description
Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in New York. You will evaluate residents, develop rehabilitation plans, and provide hands-on therapy to relieve pain while promoting independence.
We offer mentorship, career growth, weekly pay, and flexible evening/weekend hours. New grads welcome; state-of-the-art rehab gym access is provided.
