Job description
Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists for per diem, 1099 positions on Long Island, NY. Must be Worker’s Comp certified or willing to become certified, with at least 1 year of experience and a valid therapist license.
Responsibilities include helping patients achieve independent living, implementing targeted treatments, and developing personalized care plans.
