Job description
Sigma Health Rehab in Granville, NY, is recruiting a per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing facility team at Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. The PT will evaluate residents, develop rehabilitation plans, and deliver therapy in a state-of-the-art rehab gym.
