Assisting Hands Home Care – Hamilton, NJ Job Type: Per Diem / PRN Pay: $40–$50/hour equivalent / Per-Visit Pay Schedule: Flexible, as needed

nAssisting Hands Home Care – Hamilton is looking for a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team on a per diem/PRN basis.

nThis is a flexible opportunity ideal for an experienced RN, including a retired or semi-retired nurse with an active NJ RN license, looking for meaningful supplemental work without a set weekly schedule.

nResponsibilities:

nConduct initial in-home client assessments

nDevelop and update client plans of care

nComplete periodic supervisory/reassessment visits

nCommunicate with clients, families, caregivers, and agency management

nAssist with occasional caregiver orientation and quarterly training

nComplete required nursing documentation and quality-assurance activities

nQualifications:

nActive and unrestricted New Jersey RN license

nValid driver's license and reliable transportation

nExperience working with seniors preferred

nHome care, home health, geriatrics, rehabilitation, long-term care, or case management experience preferred

nAssessment and care-plan experience strongly preferred

nDependable, organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently

nFlexibility to complete client assessments as needs arise

nSchedule & Compensation

nThis is a per diem position with no guaranteed weekly hours. Assignments are offered based on client needs and RN availability.

nCompensation may be hourly or per visit depending on the assignment, including client assessments, supervisory visits, care-plan reviews, and occasional training.
