An opportunity is available for experienced pharmacists to join a Per Diem team supporting a retail and specialty pharmacy environment with a focus on HIV/AIDS care. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered service and professional collaboration within a sensitive healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately in a retail/specialty pharmacy setting with expertise in HIV/AIDS drug therapies.
Provide empathetic and respectful care to patients affected by HIV/AIDS, fostering trust and understanding.
Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Demonstrate strong pharmacy intuition by proactively addressing workflow needs and supporting team operations.
Maintain punctuality and reliability to uphold consistent patient care standards.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or specialty pharmacy with direct HIV/AIDS dispensing experience.
Proven sensitivity and respect toward the HIV/AIDS patient population, with an ability to build trust and rapport.
Proficiency with QS1 pharmacy software and ability to quickly adapt to technology workflows.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy colleagues.
Positive attitude and proactive approach to daily pharmacy responsibilities.
