Job description
Baptist Health in Boca Raton is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool. This per diem position requires float coverage across hospital units, delivering patient-family centered care and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Candidates must have 2 years of acute Med/Surg or Cardiac Tele experience, and hold BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as required by the unit. Pay is hourly and shifts are 12 hours; benefits are limited for seasonal pool roles.
