Job description
The Albany Med Health System is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join the Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Office in Latham, NY. You'll collaborate with physicians to support case management, follow-ups, and patient messaging, triage status changes, and coordinate care for high-risk patients.
Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, entering lab orders, providing patient education on injections and glucometer use, and supporting LPNs/MAs.
