Job description
Albany Med seeks a Registered Nurse for a per diem role in the Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Office in Latham, NY. The RN will assist with nursing duties, case management, hospital follow-ups and patient messages alongside physicians to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities include triaging status changes, coordinating post-hospital care, making referrals, and educating patients. NYS RN licensure and 2+ years of clinical RN experience are preferred.
